Our channel was formed somewhere in aug last year. Most of us were from BT stocktalk forum and Fish forum. We decided to open an IRC channel #stocktalk in reference to where we were founded.

Our channel has grown from a population of 8 during that time to about
25 but when market is v good, population can soar to about 33.
This channel not
only talk about stocks but also talk non stocks related stuff. U know?

This channel could be very very humourous at times and even "Adult talk".
Our first outing : On 27th February 1999, we met at HMV at about 8.30pm and went to a disco nearby.
